Un paese di resistenza

Per 20 anni Riace è stata simbolo di miracolosa accoglienza per centinaia di donne e uomini in fuga dalle guerre e dalla miseria. Negli anni la cittadina calabrese è ritornata alla vita: la scuola ha riaperto, le terre sono state ricoltivate, i cuori si sono scaldati.
Poi, d’un tratto, un anno fa, il mostro si è introdotto nella cittadina ed ha messo fine a questa utopia; ha divorato i cuori dei riacesi e li ha costretti ad un silenzio nefasto. Chi, nel piccolo paese calabrese, avrà il coraggio di affrontare questo mostro?

For over 20 years Riace has been the symbol of a miracle welcoming for hundred women and men escaping from wars and hunger. In the years, the village in Calabria come back to life: the school has re-opened, the lands are cultivated, hearts have been warmed up. Then, out of the blue, about one year ago, the monster has entered the village and ended the utopia: has devoured the hearts of the people of Riace, obliging them to a poisonous silence. Who, in the small village, will have the courage to face this monster?
